Gael reveals to Leona that in the past he lost a son. Itzel confesses to her family that she likes Benjamín, but is afraid to fall in love. Jacinta wants to confess to Leona that Benjamín is her son. Ramses recognizes that Leona has become an angel for his family. Ana Julia falls into cardiac arrest, the doctor informs Gael that her heart stopped beating for a couple of seconds.
